You land on Earth and ask the first Terran official you see to take you to the High Commander. With a bit of coaxing, he complies. As asked, you deliver the mysterious device, and leave. When you return to your ship, you find, to your surprise, that a new weapon has been added to it, one you never heard of. The computer indicates that it is called a "Proton Turret." It does not know how it was installed.
